Where is the switch for the lights?

Honestly I'm curious. Why don't you just CALL the person you bought it from and ask them???

I would call the person but I don't have the number...bought it at a rummage sale out of town

That's an FAS. Fluid Activational Switch. It's to protect the display if it was near the main entrance to the outside and it was raining heavily (think Florida). Take out a bulb and wet the base, then re-insert it into the socket.

This will trick the switch into thinking it's already wet and all the lights will go on.

I would think you can. It's a toggle switch. The guys who mod electrical would be better to ask
