Interested in your thoughts about what Dillon color you like best?

The Silver lens I find most reminiscent of alien / bug eyes. Compliments almost any frame they are mounted in.

The Blue lens absorbs the light is such a way it’s almost dark to look at, a cool effect. Makes any Plasma colorway next level.

The Black lens is a subtle silver NIR. In the right light can be alien, but can also look like standard Black Iridium. Classy and subtle addition to most frames.

The Gold I have yet to try out personally, but am looking to change that shortly. It has a rose base, and 2nd hand is the best of all 4 to look through.

Of course, these are only Dillons cut into Oakley frames we are talking about here :)

Will get better pics up, post your own as well!

They are all very nice looking lens but the Silver is insane...
Agreed among those 3 lenses i got, silver is my 1st choice which stands out really well from any frames coz of the silver matte finished look (after swapped it from different frames that I have 😆), next to this is blue, also looks cool from lighter frame like plasma. Black is just fine, the matte finished will only visible under the bright surroundings, otherwise It looks black iridium. Anyway, I like them all 😍

I personally believe that Dillons do deserve a place in any Oakley collection, but I immensely dislike the company.

On the other hand, @Marien Mariener lenses, while not being quite as matte (nor having the size range to cover the classics currently - watch this space!!), I would much rather deal with. They are accommodating, responsive and Oakley fan friendly. Highly recommended.

Incidentally, I removed my gold Dillon lenses in preference of the superior (by a very long way) @Linegear Japan pinky gold NXT photochromic lens which is absolutely stunning. The Linegear Japan lens is not matte, but it outperforms, out values and out classes the Dillon in every department, except for matteness!!!
