But in order of cost, right now, I'd go something like (from most to least expensive):

Carbon/blue (3rd release)
Polished carbon/slate (6th release)
Polished/blue (1st release)
X-metal/slate (5th release)
Polished/slate (2nd release)
Polished/emerald slate (4th release) serialled
Polished/emerald slate (4th release) unserialled

Rarity is broadly in line with that too.

I would put the serialised Emerald slate in second,I have seen many of the others sold but very very few of the serialised Emeralds, who has one ?

I do. They're readily available in Japan, not so much elsewhere. I kind of lumped the emerald slates together but split them out to show that serialised were rarer - nonetheless there are still a couple of thousand of them. So more regionally restricted than absolutely rare.
