I don't have to, I've worked in the business for almost 7 years. I meant to say it wouldn't have a SN unless it was a numbered edition which would also come with a COA. Not to mention, Oakley doesn't do numbered editions anymore.
The x metals were serialized... Not numbered. It wasn't juliet 562/100000 like on the 24k. they just put serials on the frames. And they didn't come with a certificate of authenticity. You've "been in the business" but clearly don't know much. There are enough members on here that between them, I don't think there is an example of one piece that isn't owned by someone. You should listen to what they have to say.
