Which SUTRO for running ?

I’d use the Sutro lite, they stay in place better. Temple grips just stick better than no temple grips .

As I’m a little confused, could you please clarify if there are different sizes of Sutro ?

Sutro (standard)

Sutro S (small)

Sutro Lite (half frame sutro)

Sutro Lite Sweep (sutro lite with different lens)

The low bridge fit versions are the same as the non low bridge for versions with the thicker noise pad installed
