Id say for Quantity its RVF of the public collections. Although hes starting to sell. He was at 1000
Quality and rareness would go to FGG probably.

FGG brought 1373 pairs to RED last year, with over 100 more left at home slated to go to Chop. Who knows how many more he's picked up since then...
