Personally, I would say Ray-Ban, Spy, and Arnette because those are the brands I've worn. I sold them all except for a pair of carbon fiber Ray-Bans that I wear when I fly.

I think style wise they have no rivals, quality wise would be Maui Jim. Overall quality Maui jim blows Oakley out of the water.
