The guy in the pic is FearGearGarage but I believe he is in Cali and that area code is Florida. Looks like someone googled OTT and then jacked his pic for the classified. I like the "I'm much better at this" quote. This, the jacked pic and only two OTTs shown makes you really want to do business with him!
