Whoever used a 60% off code read this

I just talked to a supervisor for customer service for 20mins, if you used one of those 60% off codes, then your name is flagged in their system and they won't let you use any discount codes. I asked for how long this will last and he said he didn't know, and it might be for a very long time.....

My friends and family and bounce back codes do not work and my orders get canceled.

I was told that those bounce back codes are link to your name and can't be used by anyone else since they know the code was email to you,who is blocked....
