Discovered one more pair of WITK at a retail outlet that does deliver internationally for anyone who was not able to grab one during the mad scramble in February. I'm not looking to make anything out of the deal and will share the information with any fellow forum member who would like to add a pair to their collection.
The store has confirmed back to me that they only have one pair remaining on the shelves and are selling them at GBP 127 / US$ 190.
