Little backstory, I've caught them trespassing multiple times on our property, escorted them off at gunpoint twice. The son is serving 25 years, his girlfriend 8 years.

Our methhead neighbor(s) abandoned their house, spray painted "Open House" on the wall, and left the door open. I don't know who has been there with the dad, random cars from several states are there day to day.

They lost part of their load leaving which broke their tiny boat trailer suspension and shredded a tire, dragged it in the wrong lane over hills and around curves to the next side road where they ditched it.

The house is on a corner of what should be our property so we want it, to demolish and make disappear.

So here we are sitting in their driveway wondering if it's a horror movie setup, sure looks like one, and their ******* German Shepherd walks out and looks around. They left their ******* dog in there!

Sheriffs department is going to go check it out and give animal control our number. Hopefully the dog isn't a lost cause, beautiful dog, about 3 years old.

So anyway, if the dog is okay, I may have me a German Shepherd out of this nonsense. If it can't be trusted around my kids or other dogs I'll have to find a rescue or something.

The dog has played with me at our gate before, was friendly then.

I wouldn’t trust a rescue dog around any child. Juice ain’t worth the squeeze

I mostly agree.

My last two dogs were rescued Malamutes, 13 years of joy.

It will be easy to keep everyone separated, my current dogs are outside dogs for the most part.

This was the jailed girlfriends dog and she had kids, I don't see it as a "drug" dog.

First hint of aggression and the dog is off to a rescue.
