You bet. And I was only being half a douchebag...my face isn't "straight" in the traditional sense...some of my wires have to be adjusted so I can wear them.

Ear stems are bent. I had the same issue with used frames. Either they sit on them or when they attempt to force ear rubbers on they end up putting too much pressure on the stems and bending them. Cause? Not enough LUBE!

Mwah...if only I could have bought them brand new Thanks for the input dude.

It's not a big deal. Try to gently bend it back..

The side view. Looks like it's pointing down . That would raise it up on your ear maybe.

The frames are not lost... its tough to see from pictures so I can see how it was over looked. They can be fixed however I doubt they will be spot on perfect. good luck!

You know...it looks really bad in the photo but in real life...it looks straight. You know what...I think I know what it is...the end of the left stem do actually drop as I held it in mid air to check out your observation! So it looks very suss that that is the cause. Yeah so I shall gently coax her back into line. Thanks Lupetto! I'll post a picture of this droop in a moment to show you guys!
