In the DVD extras from Back to the Future, the director (?) makes a comment that Mattel had produced these and had them ready for sale but got too much backlash from parents as it was an unsafe toy and they scrapped it. This, of course, caused the same panic that HUVrtech has caused.
What is the point of having investors if they don't have anything being produced? Also, who's behind it that was able to get TO and Tony Hawk, et al, to participate in the scheme?
Their self-lacing shoe could possibly make a debut next year. Of course the head designer of Nike could have been having a bit of fun during the questioning.Yeah Nike made the sneakers but they don't have "power laces"
Honestly I would believe they can do it now with the hoverboard. I have one of the boards signed by M. J. Fox from last year.
