Keep watching ebay closely. I got myself a pair from eBay 6 months ago for €45,- That is the price you must be willing to pay I think for a pair of new lenses.
Also very important, are you looking for 1st or 2nd gen Racing Jacket lenses?

Someone recently posted his racing jackets on Oakley facebook, he had had lenses custom cut, does anyone know what lenses to use as a base lens to cut?
