If you're not aware any pair of Split Jackets can become Wind Jackets, Oakley sells the strap and gasket separately.

There is a slight difference. The Wind jacket lenses are treated with an Anti-fog coating, similar to what they use for the Snow goggles. Strap kit will work with all split jacket models. Not sure if they'll work for the Asian Fit Split Jackets though.
