*The output on your ballast MUST be 12V for these to work. If not you'll smoke them!

What is contained in each kit? Just 4 LED bulbs? And the LED's burn cooler than the halogen, is that the big advantage? Thanks.

Yea....4 bulbs in each kit. None of the intense heat from halogens and last a looooooong time. Much more bright "white" light other than the "yellow" from halogens.

What needs to be done to run these lights a 3.0 Mega Tower that has halogens currently?

Make sure your output voltage is 12V on your ballast. It may be marked depending on what ballast you have.
