X-Men: Apocalypse

The next x-men movie is scheduled for release May 2016. In it has 18 year old Tye Sheridan cast as a young Cyclops.

Anybody hear anything about if Oakley will once again provide the shades for Cyclops?

I found this pic and they look more like modified Wayfarers to me...

70's era didn't have x-metals. In fact, Oakley sunglasses didn't even exist until mid 80's.

This movie is supposed to take place in 1983. Frogskins came out in 1985. So yes, it'd be a slight anachronism, but a minor one, that money easily overlooks...

But yes, it looks like Lux broke the Oakley tradition and went to another of their brands, Ray Ban...

i only have one eye, so i would love it if oakley released some cyclops glasses designed for humans with monocular vision. haha
