I have been looking for that size but the sets available on ebay start from a bigger size.

Its not just a set screw. It has a shaft/pin to fit into the groove of the Hinge Mechanism. I have some. When I have a chance I will look up the size and specification.
Like this only shorter.
OEM set Screw are about 2-2,5mm long
The shortest on I was able to find are 3mm long.
