They use the name "X-Metal" as well as "Juliet", "Penny", "Romeo" as well as others to sell these knockoffs. This & the fact that people have been switching out lenses & playing other games is the reason I have not bought another pair of X-Metals since 2014. I just don't want to go through the pain of going through the fight to retrieve a payment if I bought one of these advertised as genuine X-Metal,,,

If you learn the tell tail signs of fake x-metals you will be fine, the down fall with all the fakes is ebay doesn’t go after them and allows counterfeit items to be sold

Welcome to fleabay! The sad thing is that there are people who actually buy them, and just don't know any better.

I bet they’re plastic Lmaoo
A lot of them state what they are made of if you look carefully. I've seen several listings that have a production sheet with the pics that lists them as metal with silicon gel.

I agree 100%.
Ebay could do something.
But above all Oakley / Lux. should step in force Ebay to pull all fakes.
