Call the warranty dept. and ask for Romeo 1 replacement parts...they will then offer you 25% off on a purchase since they could not help you. I may be getting a gift card for Christmas but can't use it over the phone

Oh I see...no it is not a 25% off coupon or anything, you have to actually use it on the spot when you are on the phone with the customer service rep. I guess if the rep checks their inventory, you can use it on what they have.

That is how I got my 24K X Squared from them last week. Called up the sales number, told the girl that I had a coupon for 25% off on file for my Romeo 2's. She looked it up and said ok. $337.
