X Metal XX 24K Vs Juliet/ X-Squared 24K Gold

A.What is the difference between to 2 finishes? X metal xx gold seems to be a gold flake type finish and the Juliet/ X-squared 24k's seem to be gold plated.

B. Can either of these gold's be re-finished to exact factory finish?

24K XX is more of a powdercoat where the 24K Juliet and XS are plated.
The plated could be duplicated easier than the powdercoat IMHO.

The XX 24k yes. Juliet and X Squared 24k is probably a bit tougher to get it to fade(haven't seen a faded one).

I don't think they're plated. Actually almost positive they're not.
