X Squared Nose Bridge

Guys, I got a beater x-sq off a trade deal
It is wobbly, thus Id like to change its flex coupler

Then again it looks like someone messed with one of the bridge screw, and it looks stripped, I've managed to unscrew one side.

I have not seen any of the xsq bridge screw for sale? So does that mean I'm screwed?!?

I've got several brand new ,problem is getting the old one out if it's been messed up too much .
