Completely up to them, or they can add the fees. Ive done transactions via g&s and after product arrived the fee was sent. I’m open to suggestions.

PayPal fees are your responsibility as a seller. If you want your buyer to pay for that, you should include that to your asking price.

Not every buyer wishes to use PayPal, I’m not going to limit myself to just PayPal. Venmo has payment protection now, haven’t you heard?
