The penny was recently tuned up and coated in x metal by the one and only x man. Doesn't have lenses and there seems to be an issue with one of the orbitals, it appears to be stripped (hense the low price). The penny's are $230 shipped conus, f&f or add 4%

X man says he can fix for 40 bucks. Thats not a guarentee but when i asked that was the service price.

Besides the orbital these are flawless.
