I've replaced washers many of times. That is probably the difficult part.

The washers are a bit**. They're hard to get back in and hard to keep track of once to remove the stem from the orbital. That's the most difficult part. Toothpicks help tremendously.

Just messing with you - If you've done it before you know what's involved, swapping these is no different. There have been some Mars with hammers posted before and they look cool.

And there's a certain pair of R1s out there with Mars stems on them...
