Your profile is set to private so you probably have the no messaging thing on too. Look in your account settings, then go to privacy and look for "Allow users to" then next to "start conversation with you" is a drop down box. You may have that set to "nobody" or "people you follow". If so, change it to "everyone" and then you'll be able to receive PMs.
