You have a good point it is a lot of money. If in fact it is bronze and doesn't have any protective coating you should be able polish it. While the whole rant about the bronze is that it's suppose to change acording to the wearer, for the amount of money I would spend, I would hate for it to look like you just dragged it out of the bottom of the lake. Hopefully someon has the guts to give polishing a shot I'm really interested to know.
