Batwolf Question

I have four pairs of Batwolfs and my question is... on all pairs, there is the SKU number obviously, OO9101-XX but then there is a second number next to it. On three of four pairs that number is 130, however on the other pair it is 127. Anyone know why the difference? I know there's no Asian fit Batwolf...

The 130 / 127 is a reference to stem length. Why they are different I have no idea. Unless one is a fake.
