Found a listing on eBayfor a 1st generation Crosshair with white frame and "ruby clear" lens. Checked O-Review and see that the Crosshair had a colorway with White frame and G30 iridium lens, SKU 05-813, which looks kind of pinkish in pictures.

I contacted the seller to see if they were calling the G30 "ruby clear". Reply said there were 2 versions, one G30 and one ruby clear, limited versions. Has anyone heard of this before?

Also if it is "ruby clear" would they be good as actual sunglasses? I live in Florida and need lenses that filter light and UV.

Let me know what you think

Yes Ruby Clear Crosshairs do exist. They were one offs and weren't sold to the public. Most of them were sold off years ago by a couple sellers who had access to many rare pairs.

No they aren't very practical lenses. Alot of ghosting issues. Looks very cool tho.

I've got the WHY 4.0 with Ruby Clear. At best you'll be squinting the entire time, at.worst, you'll be blinded.
