Custom cut Prizm Daily for Tailhook?

Hi,

I have an Oakley Tailhook Carbon with Prizm Daily lens that is all scratched up. Oakley no longer provides fixes for this model and I am quite reluctant to go aftermarket if anyone can custom cut it from an existing Oakley lenses, possibly polarized/prizm daily. Is this possible?

If going aftermarket, what do you think of Revant? Or is there other companies recommended?

I'm very skeptical of aftermarket lenses, but I do have one pair of polarized fire red lenses from revant I got cheap and I will say they are very clear and I don't notice any difference from the fire iridium other than being a bit darker.
Also, they even have articles on all the M Frames and lenses, so they seem to do they're homework.
