I bought a pair of clear/chrome Holbrooks and could see the reflection of my eyes when wearing them. Drove me crazy. Do you think I'd have the same problem with polished clear/violet fuel cells or does the sides being closed and more base curve help? Thanks!

I've a pair but never wore mine. I'd guess the clear frame would let in light to the back of the lenses and cause reflection of your eyes as well.

Holbrooks always give me a glare on the back side of the lenses.

The finish does not matter as much as the style of frame. Fuel Cell has pretty decent coverage, even as a clear frame.

I can't remember any occasion where I've noticed this with my my clear Violet Fuel Cells. The FC will wrap around your face much more than a Holbrook so I'm thinking you'll be just fine.
