    I made an order from vault online and when i opened my box i was missing a pair of glasses. My invoice said all 3 were shipped but 2 were in the box. I called customer service and was on hold for 40 minutes before hanging up. When i just called back it said phone lines were closed because of a "cooperate meeting"

    I have ordered a few thousand from vault over the last year and this is the first mishap i have had, does anyone know how well Oakley takes care of stuff like this because the last thing i want to hear is "too bad so sad"
