the photos look stock after looking closer. I emailed the guy and asked if he had any actual photos that were not stock photos.

They don't look like stock photos to me. They appear to be actual photos with the background whited out.

i've noticed quite a few legit sellers using these generic photo's that do nothing to inspire confidence in a weary buyer.
i don't know if the photo's are supplied by luxottica but they never seem to show the polarized etching even on models that only come with polarized lenses like PB2
i'd say legit and it's ebay so no worries on getting your money back

true for $5.50 you have to pay to ship back may be worth the gamble
