I just saw more pics on the same site in some promo group shots. It looks like he's wearing a Split Jacket, maybe a Wind Jacket. Hard to tell.

the pic on the left has more or less been confirmed as a ruby Penny, the one on the right...i'm guessing wind/split jacket as well.
