Yeah seems like someone just throwing out insane numbers to try to catch a bite. And it looks like its fake. I imagine the conversation goes like this "Hmmm, let's make a fake rare item then throw it up for an astronomical price, that shouldn't get any attention lol."

The bottom. It's cast resin. I'm sure the original is fully finished, even if it is cast.
