I'd suggest sending them out if you only have the one, or if have never done it before. It's fairly easy to damage the nose bridge if you've not done a few. I charge 45 for a tune up which includes new nose pins, flex couplers, orbital gaskets, and earstem washers. I can cut replacement lenses as well.

Ahh, yeah that would probably be a better option. I'm based in Ireland so my main concern with sending them out is shipping costs and customs.

Yikes. That's a good point. But there are UK members that can fix your pair. Like @OakleyOneKenobi. Or will there still be customs fees?

Yeah there would be because of the UK leaving the EU. I think I will just suck it up and send them out for someone to repair at some point, but I'm still a broke university student right now.

Hi everyone, my name is Zach and my Oakley journey started relatively recently but my dad has been into the brand for years. I found out my dad has these X-Metal XXs (2nd generation, if I read the serial number right) from years ago that he has long stopped wearing - the nose bridge and lenses have become damaged, among other things. Sooooo I'm looking to repair them and came here hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
