Hey guys, so i heard a while ago in my readings and research that the strip lens was invented when one of the atheletes took an Mframe, went to HQ, and scraped the lens along the ground till the lens was flush with the frame, and said "make this". imm dead certain this is what i heard, and oakley grandmaster Dann also knows this story. BUT we cant find the source anymore! where was this story from? anyone??

    cheers!

Never heard that specifically, but it must have been a small guy if the existing cuts weren't small enough! The V Lens was still being made when the Strip came out.

Was there a Strip lens for the Blade system as well? I know there was a third lens smaller than the Razor.

The slit lens is correct. Really awesome!
The strip lens is a new story for me, but I like it :)
