It's been quite some time since I posted to a forum like this, so I feel a little rusty on how to write an intro lol.

My name is Jason and I currently live in El Paso, Texas. I've been an Oakley fan for as long as I've owned my whiskers (coming on 6 years now).

I work for Japanese company here on the border and am actually moving to Japan for work in the beginning of August.

I am an ukulele-playing, photo-shooting, Japanese-speaking, car enthusiast.

Oh, and I love my sunglasses. Problem with my glasses is the film on the lenses started bubbling a year or so ago. I've actually been looking at newer glasses (like the sliver foldable), but love my whiskers so much, my replacement lens google searches brought me to this forum.

Definitely looks like a good place to be as an Oakley enthusiast.

Good to see other people from El Paso here!! Other than the driving (and most people here seriously don't know how to drive), it is a pretty good place to live. I'm know I'm one of the only non-natives to actually like Chico's Tacos (guilty pleasure, I guess lol).

Yeah people do drive like crap here. Oh and the Chicos thing... if your digestive system tolerated it the first time you try it... you'll love it forever!

So, just bought a second pair of Oakley glasses today!! So, I have the whiskers and now I'll also have a pair of fives squared (both polarized bronze). Ended up getting the fives with a 30% discount because of a huge error of misinformation given to me by the local Oakley Vault.

I still plan to buy a pair of replacement lenses for the whiskers (there's a pair in the exchange), but definitely excited to have another pair
