If you'd like to fix them yourself you can check the guides here: How to Replace Each Parts - LINEGEAR (you can also buy all the parts from @Linegear Japan, the quality is very good)

If you do decide to do it yourself, just take your time and follow the instructions carefully. Its not difficult, but it is very easy to f*** it up.
