I know, I never thought to ask for it becuase the plan was he was going to call me and I just assumed that would be good enough because I would then have his number. I def should have gotten it up front though. Lesson learned.

so whats the value of a good condition aluminum double wide?

We had agreed on 300 dollars which IMO is a really good price. It is hard to say on cases but anything less than 500 on a double wide is a good price IMO. I would offer him 300 (or try 200 maybe) becuase he did not even hesitate when I offered him 3. Hopefully you have better luck than I did
