I won't send my money to this guy a second time. He's already proven himself to be untrustworthy. On my sales here, I've been offered on numerous occasions a higher price because I listed an item at a deal. It's first come, first serve especially after payment has been made.

I would settle for removal of selling privileges for this user. I wouldn't buy from him again.
