O on Computer bag coming off?? What Glue will work?

Hoping someone has fixed this problem with the rubber Sq O coming off my Computer bag.
This is my daily bag and really like it. Noiticed a couple of weeks ago that the O is starting to pull away.
Anyone had success re-gluing it back on?
