No, I think he means pre-ordering through an Oakley dealer online. I don't know of any stores in the US that do that.

Wow, they have a a lot of Oakleys, however I couldn't find anywhere that said they were an Authorized Oakley Dealer. I usually stick to Sunglass hut, Oakley & Ebay. Just saying they have no way of guaranteeing you get Jupiter Camo Frogskins, because they don't have them in their possession. Just my 2 cents.
