OO grey iridium polarised lenses

I have today purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses with this lens. I will be using them for general day to day wear and walking and running. Will this lens be ok in very sunny conditions? I have looked at various websites and cannot find any useful information about this particular lens.

Near as I can find they are 19% Light transmission, and conditions are listed as Enhanced Contrast. There is no designation for Iridium on this lens though, but that doesn't mean it's not there.
