I've seen 2 sell on Ebay for $900 so was factoring in fees he only make $800

Yeah the pnes on ebay will loose paypal and ebay fees, i belive 800 its fair and good if perfect conditions. And the fact that ebay one is 1000 doesnt mean it will sell for 1000

Yea the one on eBay doesn't even have the box or microfiber for $1,000 Nutty if I was you I would hold out for at least $1,000 but that's just IMHO take it for what it's worth, and if you decide to sell them good luck!
