They seem Radar Straight stems with + red range

+Red tends to have larger color variations in shield lenses, as well as a weaker iridium which doesn't provide a full mirror effect. A "better" or "very good" +Red could be considered to have total red color and effective mirroring as to not allow you to see through the lens from the front.

The lenses do appear to be Range. Not sure why the exact specs are so critical, but that's what they are. The Range was not sold in OO Red, so they are almost surely +Red.
