I don’t have a 4.0 tower but I’m pretty sure only the shelves are glass. The vertical panels should be acrylic

Bring some pillows to put in the case and some blankets to protect the glass shelves when you remove them

I just wouldn’t risk moving it. Bring your glasses to it and visit them from time to time.
