Question On X Square Order

Last week I put in a custom order for a pair of X Squared with prescription lenses. I receive a call today from my eye doctor's office saying that the original combination I ordered (OO6011-04 Plasma/Fire Iridium) was not available and the only thing I could get was Polished/Fire Iridium. Does that sound right to you?

I was under that impression as well that you could not get the Fire Iridium with a Polished frame. I am interested to see what they come back as, maybe he was confusing Plasma for Polished.

I believe that you are correct with one minor adjustment. the Polarized "Carbon/ Black Iridium 006011-06" are actually "Polished Carbon/ Black Iridum 006011-06". As far as I know this is the first polished carbon in the X-Metal line. As for the original question I was just looking at those... it shows plasma/pol. fire shipping next day. Maybe it is not available in the via the rep channel. Don't know how Oakley works buy I have seen items sold out via the 800 number and available in stores and Rx available to O stores that are not for 3rd party offices.

Thanks again for the info. I confirmed that it is a polished/fire iridium combination. He was not clear on if it was polarized or not so I guess ill just have to wait and see.

Confirm the serial on the frame, if it's OO6011-05, then they used/swapped with a different lens.

Confirm the serial on the frame, if it's OO6011-05, then they used/swapped with a different lens.

The serial on the frame is: 50-20

They are polished with non polarized fire iridium prescription lenses.
