Question Reguarding Fuel Cells

I never really followed cells. Someone is offering me some polarized black with candycane icons that he claims were not released to public. Anyone know if this is true and if they are rare? Thanks for the info and help.

I've never heard of or even seen candy cane icons for fuel cells, but I could be wrong. It could be a custom icon paint job he did himself and claiming that they were never released to the public must to make them sound rare.

I've seen those in person and heard about them. They were an Oakley Christmas gift to their employees. They were never released for sale to the general public. Rare piece indeed.
