Deal Replacement for a defective part in my single tier plastic stand?

Hello Peeps.
Looking to salvage a single tier stand by trying to source a replacement for the defective part (excess material in plastic).
Let me know if you have one; else will have to just source another stand.

That's looks like the holder broke off in there. Easy fix. Find a very skinny screw, screw it in and then pull out with pliers
